I few things FSPSX , the fidelity international index fund, is a developed market so you aren't going to be getting any emerging markets. Also FSPSX should be .035% not .40% thats a huge difference. For the record FTIHX the most fund similar to vxus/vtiax should be .06% as well for expense ratio.
